Purchase Inquiry

Submission of a contact or purchase inquiry form via renemikkelsen.com is considered solely as an initial dialogue with the purpose of entering into a specific purchase agreement, and not as a binding purchase offer or an invitation to make an offer. This is because the artwork may, among other things, have been sold to another party.

Purchase

Any purchase agreement is negotiated and confirmed individually via telephone, email, or another digital communication platform.

Payment

All prices stated on renemikkelsen.com are listed in Danish kroner (DKK), inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.

Sitelabel accepts payment by bank transfer or via MobilePay. No transaction fees are charged.

Payment is made in connection with the physical transfer of the artwork and is agreed individually at the time the purchase agreement is concluded.

Delivery / Transfer

Delivery or handover of the artwork is agreed individually at the time of entering into the purchase agreement.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As a general rule, there is no right of withdrawal once a purchase agreement has been concluded, unless otherwise agreed in connection with the specific purchase.

Right of Complaint

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year right of complaint applies to products.

Any complaint must be submitted to Sitelabel within a reasonable time after receipt of the artwork. Twenty (20) days is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.

The right of complaint does not apply to defects or damage resulting from improper handling or irresponsible use of the artwork.

Personal Data Policy

When you enter into dialogue with the intent of a purchase agreement or otherwise contact Sitelabel and voluntarily provide personal information, Sitelabel receives customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our data, including shipping management services that are not developed by Sitelabel.

Complaints Procedure

If you wish to submit a complaint, please send an email to info@renemikkelsen.com.

If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, further complaint options may be available in accordance with applicable law.

Copyright

Upon purchase of an artwork, only ownership of the physical artwork is transferred. Copyright, including the right to reproduction, public display, and commercial exploitation, remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
